Breakout sessions and roundtables will be released during the summer of 2019. Registered attendees will receive an email when sessions are open for registration.

Partial rates are not available.

When will I get my ticket or confirmation of my registration?

If you’ve registered and paid for the Gateway Conference and cannot find your ticket, please check in at Conference Central, and we can access your record.

Is my registration refundable?

If you’re unable to attend the Gateway Conference, please notify us in writing with your request. The registration fee is non-refundable after September 1, 2019. Please feel free to transfer your ticket to a friend online or donate it back to the Gateway Conference.

Do I qualify for any other special prices or group rates?

We offer group rates for groups of 5 or more. Check out our registration page for details.

How do I apply for a scholarship?

Scholarships will be reviewed on a first come, first served basis, and the scholarship deadline is September 1, 2019. Email conference@gatewaypeople.com for your application.

What should I wear?

Casual attire is recommended. The Auditorium is enclosed and air-conditioned. Because the temperatures may vary, we encourage you to wear layered clothing. Consider bringing a light sweater or jacket.

Is there an age limit to attend the conference?

We do not have an age limit in place, but please make sure that if you are bringing a minor, they are mature and composed enough not to be disruptive to those around them. Also, please consider that the content of the messages is intended for adults.
