How much does it cost to attend Gateway Conference?

Are seats assigned?
Seats are assigned by section, so you’ll have several seats to choose from within a designated section.
Doors open 30 minutes prior to each session. Seat saving before doors open is not allowed.
Is children’s ministry provided?
Children’s Ministry for ages 0-5 is available for registered Gateway Conference attendees. Contact email@example.com to sign up.
Can I bring my infant?
Attendees are allowed to bring infants, and a nursing mother’s room is available. You can get directions to the nursing mother’s room at Conference Central.
When will I be able to register for breakout sessions and roundtables?
Breakout sessions and roundtables are typically released early summer. Registered attendees will receive an email when sessions are open for them to register.
I can’t attend all of Gateway Conference. Are there evening or day rates available?
Partial rates are not available.
Are tickets refundable?
Tickets purchased after October 2, 2019 are refundable until August 31, 2020 minus the $1.50 processing fee
Can I use someone else’s ticket if they aren’t going to use it?
Yes. All tickets are transferrable.
Do I qualify for any other special prices or group rates?
We offer group rates for groups of 10 or more. Check out our registration page for details.
What should I wear?
Casual attire is recommended. The Auditorium is enclosed and air-conditioned. Because the temperatures may vary, we encourage you to wear layered clothing. Consider bringing a light sweater or jacket.
Is there an age limit to attend the conference?
We do not have an age limit in place, but please make sure that if you are bringing a minor, they are mature and composed enough not to be disruptive to those around them. A ticket is required for each seat.
