Casual attire is recommended. The Auditorium is enclosed and air-conditioned. Because the temperatures may vary, we encourage you to wear layered clothing. Consider bringing a light sweater or jacket.
Pre-conference check-in is during all weekend services and 4:00–7:00 pm on Sunday, October 1, prior to the Pre-conference Night of Worship! Regular conference check-in begins at 8:00 am on Monday, October 2. Doors to the Auditorium will open 30 minutes prior to each session.
We do not have an age limit in place, but please make sure that if you are bringing a minor, that they are mature and composed enough not to be disruptive to those around them.
Your conference ticket, Bible, pen, and a light sweater or jacket.
The Gateway Conference will be streamed live the two days of the conference and will also be available to watch on demand until the start of the 2018 Gateway Conference. The stream includes six general sessions and four focus sessions (two leadership and two worship). You can register for the stream here. The breakout sessions from both tracks will be posted in audio form December 1 on our Resources page at no cost.
Yes! When you register online, you’ll have the option to purchase additional tickets. Both you and your guest will present your ticket at the time of check-in.
All seating is general admission. Doors open 30 minutes prior to each session. Seat saving before doors open is not allowed.
Childcare is provided on a limited basis for birth–5 year olds only. Please contact Heather Halcom at 817.552.3724 or email email@example.com.
Attendees are allowed to bring infants, and a nursing mother’s room is available. You can get directions to the nursing mother’s room at Conference Central.

Yes! When you register online, you’ll have the option to choose tracks for each person. Each person has the ability to choose classes or sessions from either track, as long as there is still room available.
Yes! You will be able to mix between tracks! You are encouraged to remain in one track for the duration of the conference, but if you see a class or focus session that piques your interest, you will be able to cross over and participate in that session.
Changes can be made by using the number on your ticket. These changes can be made up until the date of the conference via the registration page. However, please be sure there is availability in the class you desire to change to before you release the class you were originally registered for. Changes will only be allowed if there is still seating availability in the classroom.
Partial registrations are not available.
Only those who have registered to attend the Gateway Conference may attend the After Party on Monday night.
When you register online, you’ll receive an email confirmation, which serves as your ticket. Please bring this with you in order to expedite your check-in. If you’ve registered and paid for the Gateway Conference and cannot find your ticket, please check in at Conference Central, and we can access your record.
If you’re unable to attend the Gateway Conference, please notify us in writing with your request. The registration fee is non-refundable after September 1, 2017. Please feel free to transfer your ticket to a friend online or donate it back to the Gateway Conference.

If you’ve pre-registered and you have a ticket:
Conference check-in begins at 4:00 pm on Saturday, September 30. You may check in during all the weekend services and Sunday at 4:00 pm before our Pre-conference Night of Worship. When you arrive at Gateway Southlake, enter any of the main doors of the buildings and approach one of the check-in stations. Once you’re checked in, you’ll receive a name tag. You’re only required to check in once for the entire conference. All tickets are sent by email immediately after you register. If the conference is not sold out, at-the-door registrations will be accepted. Simply enter the Lobby and approach the registration area.
